Residential Service Request Form

The following is a summary of our standard cleaning procedure for a home. We understand that there are differences and particular requests for every home. We will note and address these on an individual basis. This merely is an overview of our basic routine.

General

Dusting cobwebs, baseboards and windowsills (damp wiping periodically), blinds, light fixtures, tops of picture frames, remove wall marks and fingerprints from walls and light switches where possible and empty waste baskets.

Kitchen

Wipe exteriors of cabinets, counter tops, exterior of appliances, sink scrubbed, floor vacuumed and washed, stove top, burners, knobs and rings, table and chairs, top and exterior of refrigerator and inside microwave

Bathrooms

Toilet and sink, vanity/counter tops, soap dishes, tooth brush holders, tub/shower (tile or fiberglass enclosure), mirrors and chrome, cleaned and disinfected, floors vacuumed and washed, area rugs shaken out and vacuumed

Living, Dining and Family Rooms, Den, Bedrooms

Furniture dusted/polished, objects dusted, upholstry vacuumed, carpeting vacuumed, wood floors vacuumed, wood floors damp mopped with warm water (Murphy's Oil or other product on request) and all mirrors/glass tables cleaned with Windex©

Common Areas

Same procedure as above for foyers, hallways, stairways and laundry rooms

• Wall washing
• Clean out fireplaces
• Clean interior of closets, drawers, etc.
• Clean out garage, attic or basement
• Polish silver
• Clean stove or refrigerator interiors ($15.00 each)
• Making beds, flipping mattresses ($3.00 per bed)
• Steam clean carpets and upholstry
• Drapery cleaning
• Wash windows inside and out
• Pressure wash exterior of house
• Duct cleaning and encapsulating
• Acoustic ceiling cleaning
• Fire/flood emergency clean up services
• Move-in/move-out cleanings and unit turnarounds
